Omix Expert provides AI-driven financial market analytics, daily stock evaluations, and custom modular feature add-ons. All analysis and output generated by our system are designed solely for educational, analytical, and informational purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, UI designs, code, trademarks, and analytics on Omix Expert are the exclusive property of Omix Expert and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Access to premium analytical tools and modular add-ons requires a paid subscription.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in explicit promotional terms.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing structures with prior notice to active subscribers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to harvest data from the Platform.
Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access non-public areas of the server.
Use our analytics to engage in market manipulation or illegal trading practices.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.
